Students with additional needs are identified through clear procedures and are supported in their learning through quality differentiated teaching and learning programs and practices within the classroom, and through small group and individual support delivered as needed by support teachers, Education Assistants, and external providers. Students working above the expected standard in the Primary School are provided with opportunities to extend their learning through weekly withdrawal session for enrichment Mathematics and English and through differentiated classroom teaching. In the Secondary School, students who need academic enrichment are extended through academic extension classes in core subjects and through differentiation in elective subject areas.
